Villa Unica begins living up to its name as soon as you enter the circular driveway.
You enter the patio in the inner courtyard through a forged iron gate. This is a peaceful spot with colorful blossoming plants and a separate fire pit.
From here you can enter the separate guest wing with 2 single beds, a bathroom, TV and a Nintendo Wii, or enter the main house through the French doors. Here you will find a spacious open room attractively furnished by the owners with 2 large leather sofas, a 60” flat screen TV with an amazon TV fire stick, a bar and a large dining area with a wonderful table for 6 persons along with a roomy, fully equipped genuine wood kitchen with a granite work Counter.
Off of the living room area you’ll find 2 bedrooms each with a large double bed, a bathroom and a walk-in closet with handmade wooden shelves. Each bedroom is also furnished with a TV and Amazon TV fire sticks.
The kitchen and the living room area lead out onto the breathtaking southwesterly patio with a large pool and a magnificent view down the planted palms along the extra-wide canal.
